No one regrets buying a Mountain Buggy®

I am writing to tell you how much we love our Mountain Buggy.

Little did we know what an exhaustive search it would be to find our stroller. But after many months of intensive ‘pramology’ we finally found the perfect stroller.
Our initial criteria seemed easy enough to fulfil: we wanted a well built, sturdy stroller with an adjustable handle that could accommodate a bassinette for a newborn, ideally with adjustable wheels at the front so we could have them fixed or swivel. Neither of us were keen on a three-wheeler since we both worried they might be a bit tippy (and baby or no baby, joggers we are not).

As we began looking our list of needs grew – and suitable prospects dwindled. Something I could take on a tram as we don’t drive. Something that could withstand being a real workhorse – 10km walks, carrying our shopping, and of course providing a comfortable ride for the most important passenger in the world. If I was going to be attached to this thing for at least a few hours every day, then I wanted something that reflected my individuality and taste.

After conducting many on-the-road surveys Mountain Buggies seemed to be the prams no one regrets buying, so we went to buy one, initially the urban model. The adjustable handle was the first feature about the Mountain Buggy that won me over but it became clear that it fulfilled all our criteria. I particularly liked that while it had many features of a three-wheeler model it was a more stable and inherently, in my opinion, more practical stroller.

So to sum up: we love our Mountain Buggy. What a marvel of a pram! It looks great, pushes well and turns on a dime. We can even do a 360o turn on a train. It’s light and easy to manage. The adjustable handle is strong and sturdy and a lightening fast adjustment – my partner and I pass the pram easily between us despite the foot difference in our heights. And there is just enough ‘bump’ from the front wheels to put our little girl to sleep no matter how fractious or sad. We walk up to 10km a day around the city and the pram has stood up well to a lot of use.
