The comments we get are amazing
I thought that I would take the time out to write to you in regard to the Mountain Buggy that we purchased recently. We are an expatriate family from Australia living in Singapore. We have lived here for quite some time. Recently we had an addition to the family (our son Arkie) and went to great lengths to look for an appropriate travel pram for him for the conditions here in Singapore.
After looking at the vast array of different makes and models from around the world we eventually kept coming back to the Urban Buggy from your company. We are extremely happy to have made the decision to go with the Urban Buggy. We find that the footpaths, skinny supermarket aisles and lack of ramps in this country are handled with ease by the buggy. We have friends that have recently also had children and have gone with other makes from other countries only to become frustrated upon butting up against tree roots etc...
Walking with our son has been an absolute pleasure. The Urban buggy is lightweight and manoeuvres extremely well in restrictive areas (in and around tables etc. with ease). We also do not own a car (due to the high price of vehicles in Singapore) and have attached the capsule mounting it to the buggy frame. This attachment has been very useful as we only need detach the capsule and place into the cab.....great!! We did not think that we would use the buggy as much as we have. We are also frequent travellers to other countries and are pleased with the travel bag accessory that we also purchased. Comments from friends and passers by have been nothing short of amazing with most commenting first on our son and then in the next sentence about his travel machine and questions about where we got it from.
This is not the first time that I have been satisfied with a product but it is the first time I have gone to the trouble to write and thank the people involved with it. You have put together a great package that we are very happy with. We would not hesitate to suggest to any prospective parents your quality product.
